What this site gathers, how it is used, and what stays off limits. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

Quotes need gender, birth date, health self-rating, tobacco status, death benefit, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting system to pull rates back; this website does not keep them. Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails—none of that is asked or saved to see rates. Same request twice in a row may hit a brief cache so we don't bother the quoting service a second time.

Applying

Apply, and your answers pre-fill a secure form run by the carriers' system; you then follow their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed firm (License 0B75129), oversees the application.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email, optional phone, reply method, topic, and message body. It reaches the agency by email; your address becomes the reply line. This website archives nothing—no copy, no submissions table, no content logs. A quick anti-spam scan happens in your browser before you send.

Measurement

We count visits using measurement run from this very domain, first-party and cookie-free. No cookies or local files mark you; the last two bytes of your IP get scrambled before storage; we strip the query strings from where you come from; logs rot after ninety days. Browsers flagging Do Not Track or Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't hawk your data, track ads about you, or pull in third-party counting systems. The sole outside code is the carriers' application layer, and it only loads if you land on the apply page.
